Birdwatcher Ian Ellis noticed the cows inspecting the feminine pup in Frampton Marshes in Lincolnshire.
Ellis, sixty seven, was out for a stroll when he noticed the cows behaving oddly, and it was solely after wanting by way of his telescope that he realised there was a child seal in the midst of them, ITV News reported.
It is believed that the seal, whose mom couldn’t be discovered, had made its approach out of a creek into the sector, the East Lindsey Target reported.

Ellis contacted the RSPB Reserve and Skegness Natureland, which informed him how you can transfer the pup earlier than employees got here to gather her.
“Once we obtained the pup again to Natureland, she went straight into the Seal Hospital to start remedy,” the Daily Mail reported director of Natureland Richard Yeadon as saying.
