Dog house owners in Tampa, Florida have been letting their pups play at an area park, when a yellow lab, Zena, ran just a little too far into the ocean to chase a ball and began drowning.
A courageous bystander instantly bumped into the water, pulled the canine out, and began giving it CPR.
Others started to assist, and one other volunteer helped by performing mouth-to-mouth on the poor pup.
