“Baby Meesha was coming off her anesthesia and was a bit of scared as a result of her physique felt so bizarre,” the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter wrote on Facebook, the place the video was first posted. “BARCS Surgical Assistant Dennis Moses took her out into the quiet hallway to consolation her. In the video, Meesha, a pit bull combine pet, whimpers as Moses rocks her gently. He sings to her and kisses her head.

When requested what music he sang to Meesha, Moses informed The Dodo he selected “Ten Little Froggies.”

Meesha has since been adopted by a household in Maryland, and has been renamed Maddie.

“They signed her adoption papers immediately, due to how candy and delicate Meesha was with their eleven-month-previous daughter,” Baily Deacon, BARCS’ Director of Communication, informed Inside Edition.
