Speak UP, Merlin- We Can’t Hear Ya!
Merlin now holds the World Record for loudest purr by a home cat, in accordance with Guinness World Records. They measured his purr at sixty seven.H decibels! Quoting their website, “At virtually 70 decibels, Merlin’s purr is as noisy as a dialog or an air conditioner and almost as loud as a bathe or perhaps a dishwasher!”
