H.S. Cat Café World Tour: Saitama
Robb J. has the latest on a new Big J Cat Café. Here’s a brand new report from a spot in Saitama, simply north of Tokyo, referred to as Nekoya (roughly “House of Cats”). It’s reportedly the most important Cat Café within the Tokyo space, and its residents embrace a number of frisky kittens.”
