Sea Otter Awareness Week ran from the twentieth to the twenty sixth, however Monterey Bay Aquarium retains churnin’ out the YouTube videos for Otter #696, so by golly we’re gonna submit ’em. (I guess that is the final one?) Anyway, right here #696 meets surrogate otter mother Rosa! Quoting the video, “Rosa’s one among 5 grownup otters who stay on the Aquarium full time and act as surrogate mothers to rescued pups like 696.”
