Why do Bebeh Ducksters all the time appear to finish up in storm drains? Don’t they study in Duckling School that these are NOT the place to be? Sigh. Anyway, Dateline….Somewhere! (Washington State, maybe?) Officer Jason Czebotar rescues these little knuckleheads and carries them off to security!
