Jilly is a bit of an abnormal cat. She chases invisible spiders up the wall every morning. And in the evenings, when Mom tries to work on a quilting project, that’s Jilly’s cue to drop whatever she’s doing (even sleeping) and jump on the dining room table, right on to the quilt that Mom is working on. If there are cuttings, thread, or (her favourite) batting, she eats them (yum!) and then either chokes or throws up on the carpet. We try to keep her away, but she’s too fast! She’s still an awesome cat, though…

I love to EAT (not chew) my mom’s expensive sheepskin slippers. I really love the taste of leather and wool. My actions bother my mom more than my digestive tract. I will never learn and I am not sorry. Squat has also survived eating the elastic wrap off a roast (he brought that back up)!
