This Dog Presented A Petition To The Government To Ban Animal Abusers From Owning Pets
The name for an animal cruelty register to be enforced within the UK has gained 500,000 supporters.
Here’s Chunky the Chihuahua. In February 2015, 4 youngsters stole him from his residence in Margate.

They set him on hearth, fed him medicine, broke his neck, and finally left him for dead. He could be very fortunate to be alive.
After admitting the offence, Chunky's 4 abusers have been issued a 5-yr ban from proudly owning animals.
Chunky's proprietor, Bonnie-Lee Fittall, advised BuzzFeed News she was “devastated” and “heartbroken” when she came upon what he had been by means of. She stated: “We didn't need it to be true once we first heard.”
She added: “It's arduous to consider it, it actually angers us to know somebody can… inflict ache on such [an] harmless animal.”
After studying about Chunky’s ordeal, Maxine Berry, from Leeds, was shocked. She felt the punishment had not been harsh sufficient, and created a petition on Change.org.

The petition asks that: “Anyone who abuses animals, no matter their age, be positioned on an Animal Cruelty Register which might comply with them for all times. In some states within the US they have already got animal abuse registries.”
